Playtime Blu-ray

'PlayTime' Director: Jacques Tati (1967) French w/ English subtitles

Magical filmmaking from Tati. Monsieur Hulot wanders around a high-tech, architecturally modernist Paris bringing chaos to the planned settings. Filmed mostly in wide shots which allow our eyes to move across the space in the frame taking in delightful details and wry observations on humankind.
