Volver DVD

'Volver' Director: Pedro Almodóvar (2006) Spanish w/ English subtitles

Due to Almodovar's mastery of the form a film containing reincarnation, murder and sexual assault is actually a gentle, humourous look at female familial relationships. The living and the dead exist in the continuity of time. Visually reminiscent of both Sirk and Hitchcock.
